Crooked River Ranch Fire & Rescue is seeking to hire seasonal, part time, Firefighter/EMTs or Firefighter/Paramedics. The purpose of this hiring is to supplement the current staff and volunteers during the summer months when our call volume is at its peak. It is anticipated that employment will begin in June and would continue until mid-September of 2024.

Salary

• Firefighter/EMT - $15.25/hour
• Firefighter/Paramedic - $18.50/hour

Job Specifications

Minimum Required Qualifications

• 18 years of age
• High school graduate or equivalent
• Valid driver's license
• NFPA Firefighter I
• Wildland Firefirefighter Type II
• Oregon EMT license ro higher
• NFPA Driver or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• NFPA Pumper Operator, Wildland Fire Apparatus Operator, and/or Mobile Water Supply Operator
• Oregon Paramedic license
• Two (2) years firefighting and emergency medical services experience
